We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to run our Sales Team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision and short-term goals. Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold outreach, and leveraging both personal and professional social media channels.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and lead a sales team, ensuring they have the resources and skills needed to excel in their roles. Evaluate CRM activities on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, offering direction on sales team objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry innovations and technological advancements to keep the company competitive.
- Training & Development: Implement ongoing training programs for the sales team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry knowledge.

- Extensive experience with top CRM platforms for sales tracking, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to craft and implement sales strategies in line with company and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated skill in fostering and sustaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Expertise in initiating and overseeing sales training programs aligned with industry standards.
- Proficient in managing sales budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring ROI.
- Adept at using digital platforms relevant to sales, including analytics, email marketing, and business social media.
- Represented companies at major industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Yellow or Black belt and/or Six Sigma training/designation an asset
